Acceptance of These Terms By accessing or using KicksDaily, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of the App, any part of the App, or our trademarks, except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law. Attempting to extract the source code, circumvent security mechanisms, or tamper with the functionality of the App is strictly prohibited. All intellectual property rights related to KicksDaily, including the App, trademarks, graphics, and other proprietary content, remain the property of TRIZARD TECH LLP or their respective licensors.
Use of the App TRIZARD TECH LLP is committed to making KicksDaily as effective and reliable as possible. We reserve the right to update, improve, modify, or change the App and its features from time to time. Certain features or services may require a paid subscription. Any applicable charges will be clearly presented to you before you complete a purchase.
You are responsible for using the App in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. The App may collect and process personal data that you provide or that is collected through your use of the App in order to provide and improve its services. For information about how we collect, use, and protect personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your device secure. For your safety, we strongly discourage jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this may compromise device security, expose your device to malware, and interfere with KicksDaily’s functionality.

The subscription prices and applicable terms are displayed in the App before you confirm your purchase. Prices may vary depending on your country or region.
3.1 Weekly Subscription The Weekly Subscription provides access to applicable premium features for one week. The subscription automatically renews at the end of each weekly subscription period unless automatic renewal is cancelled before the end of the current subscription period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase and, for subsequent renewals, within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
3.2 Yearly Subscription The Yearly Subscription provides access to applicable premium features for one year. The Yearly Subscription may include a 3-day free trial for eligible users. If you start the 3-day free trial, you will not be charged during the free-trial period. Unless you cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the free-trial period, the subscription will automatically convert to the paid Yearly Subscription at the price displayed in the App when you started the trial.
After the trial period ends, the Yearly Subscription automatically renews annually unless automatic renewal is cancelled.
Payment for the subscription is charged to your Apple ID account in accordance with Apple's applicable App Store billing procedures.
Eligibility for the free trial may be determined by Apple and may be subject to Apple's applicable policies and restrictions. A user may not be eligible for the free trial if they have previously used an applicable introductory offer.
3.3 Automatic Renewal Both the Weekly Subscription and Yearly Subscription are auto-renewable subscriptions. Unless you cancel automatic renewal, your subscription will automatically renew for the applicable subscription period. Your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
For the Yearly Subscription, if you are using the 3-day free trial, the subscription will automatically convert to the paid Yearly Subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the free- trial period.
3.4 Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription You can manage or cancel your KicksDaily subscription through your Apple ID account settings. To prevent automatic renewal, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription or free-trial period, as applicable. Cancellation does not normally provide a refund for the current subscription period. Your access to premium features will generally continue until the end of the applicable paid subscription period, unless otherwise required by applicable law or determined by Apple. If you cancel during the 3-day free trial, you will not be charged for the Yearly Subscription, provided the cancellation is completed in accordance with Apple's applicable cancellation procedures and before the applicable trial period ends.
3.5 Subscription Payments All subscriptions are purchased through Apple's App Store In-App Purchase system. Payment is charged to the Apple ID account associated with your App Store account after you confirm your purchase or when a free trial converts to a paid subscription. TRIZARD TECH LLP does not directly process or store your payment card or other payment credentials for App Store subscriptions. Subscription prices are displayed before purchase and may vary by country or region.
3.6 Refunds Subscription purchases and refunds are handled through Apple's App Store according to Apple's applicable policies and procedures. TRIZARD TECH LLP does not directly issue refunds for purchases processed through Apple's App Store unless Apple permits or requires us to do so.
3 In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Use and Apple's applicable terms governing App Store purchases or use of the App, Apple's applicable terms will control to the extent required by Apple. 5. Third-Party Services KicksDaily uses certain third-party services that may have their own terms, policies, and conditions, including:
Apple App Store / Apple In-App Purchase services Your use of third-party services may be subject to the applicable terms and policies of those providers. By making an in-app purchase or starting a subscription, certain purchase-related information may be processed or shared with Apple and our service providers as necessary to process, validate, restore, or manage purchases and subscriptions, in accordance with applicable policies and our Privacy Policy.
Content and Information KicksDaily may provide information about sneaker releases, products, brands, release dates, availability, prices, retailers, or related information. While we make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date, some information may be obtained from third-party sources and may change without notice. We do not guarantee that all information displayed in the App will always be complete, accurate, current, or error-free. You should independently verify important information, including release dates, prices, availability, and purchasing information, before relying on it.
Internet Connection and Device Requirements Some features of KicksDaily require an active internet connection, which may be provided through Wi-Fi or mobile data. You are responsible for any network, mobile data, roaming, or other charges associated with your use of the App. TRIZARD TECH LLP cannot guarantee full functionality of the App when an internet connection is unavailable or unreliable. You are also responsible for ensuring that your device remains charged and in proper working condition. TRIZARD TECH LLP will not be responsible for the App becoming inaccessible or unavailable due to device-related issues, including battery depletion, hardware failure, operating-system limitations, or lack of connectivity.
Availability and Updates The App is currently available on iOS. System requirements may change over time, and you may need to install updates to continue using KicksDaily. We do not guarantee that future versions of the App will always be compatible with every device or operating-system version. We may temporarily suspend access to the App for maintenance, updates, technical issues, security reasons, or other operational purposes. We may also discontinue or modify the App or any of its features at our discretion, subject to applicable law and any obligations relating to active subscriptions. If the App is permanently discontinued, your right to use the App will end and you may delete it from your device. Any applicable rights relating to paid subscriptions will be handled in accordance with applicable law and Apple's policies.
Limitations of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TRIZARD TECH LLP will not be liable for losses arising from your inability to access or use the App, including losses caused by:
Lack of internet connectivity Device failure or battery depletion Operating-system changes Third-party service interruptions Inaccurate or outdated third-party information Temporary service interruptions Unavailability of particular features or content While we work to keep KicksDaily accurate and up to date, we rely on information from third-party sources and cannot guarantee that all content will always be accurate, complete, or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Your continued use of KicksDaily after updated Terms are posted means that you acknowledge the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
