You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App, any part of the App, or our trademarks. Attempting to extract the source code, translate the App, or tamper with its functionality is strictly prohibited. All intellectual property rights related to the App remain the sole property of APPMOBITECH.
APPMOBITECH is committed to making Artdesk as effective and reliable as possible. We reserve the right to update, improve, or make changes to the App at any time, including the option to charge for certain services. You will always be informed of any charges before they apply.
The App may collect and process personal data you provide in order to deliver its services. You are responsible for keeping your device secure. For your safety, we strongly discourage jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this may compromise security, expose your device to malware, and interfere with Artdesk’s proper functionality.

By making in-app purchases, you consent to the sharing of certain purchase-related data with Apple for refund verification purposes, in compliance with Apple’s policies.
Some features of Artdesk require an active internet connection. This may be Wi-Fi or mobile data, and you are responsible for any costs associated with its use, including roaming charges. APPMOBITECH cannot guarantee full functionality of the App without an active connection.
You are also responsible for ensuring your device remains charged and in working condition. APPMOBITECH will not be liable if the App becomes inaccessible due to device-related issues such as battery depletion.
While we work to keep the App accurate and up to date, we rely on third-party information and cannot guarantee that all content will always be error-free. We accept no liability for losses, direct or indirect, resulting from reliance on the App’s content or features.
The App is currently available on iOS and Android. System requirements may change, and you may need to install updates to continue using Artdesk. We do not guarantee that future updates will always be compatible with your device.
